Falkirk Store – Full-Time Assistant Manager – Sales
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Falkirk store keen to pursue a career in a dynamic and fast paced retail environment.

Experience
You will have at least 1 year’s retail management experience preferably in a sales driven / customer focused background.

The successful candidate will possess an enthusiastic ‘can-do’ approach to their work and present themselves in a confident manner, combining personal integrity with an ambitious, dynamic and resourceful personality. Good communication and leadership skills are essential in this role. A natural ability to motivate your team is essential and you must be able to demonstrate a real passion for selling / customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
Your role will be to ultimately make sure the store hits sales targets through effective team management, coaching and development and delivery of world class customer service. You must be a strong leader with an obsession for selling and driving the business. You should thrive on building a strong sales team and ensuring the smooth running of the store in the Managers absence is essential. Team development and exceeding your targets should be something that you are extremely passionate about.
