Accessibility Statement
The layout of each of our stores has been designed to take into consideration the requirements of customers who either make use of wheelchairs or wish to bring a pram into the store.
Customer Toilet
Most of our stores are kitted-out with a customer toilet, which visitors are welcome to use if required.
Kids Play Area
Most of our stores are kitted-out with a kid’s play area, where a member of your group can entertain children, whilst the others can browse in the store in a relaxed manner.
It should be noted, however, that these kid’s play areas are not manned or supervised by PAGAZZI Lighting personnel and the responsibility for the safety and good behaviour of the child remains with the parent or guardian who brought the child into the store.
Free Car Parking
Each of our stores has hundreds of free car parking spaces at our front door. Our staff will be pleased to assist you with carrying your purchases to your car.
