Vince is one of the heaviest-hitting, experienced retailers operating in the UK; he has been a Non-Executive Director of PAGAZZI Lighting since August 2004.
With a track-record of fast-track promotions since leaving his native Glasgow, Vince has held senior positions in the following retailing heavyweights:

- Body Shop – UK Managing Director
- Thomson Travel Group – Retail Development Director
- Mothercare – Retail Operations Director
- Blackwell’s UK – Chief Executive Officer
