Customer Orders
Given that catalogue orders are not normal stock-items, unfortunately, our normal "Refund Policy" does not apply to customer orders.
Delivery times on customer orders are approximately 2-4 weeks.
Completed orders must be collected within 21 days.
Special catalogue orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
