How do I return products purchased from Pagazzi.com?
Returning unsuitable products?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods by submitting an online returns form. We can then suggest suitable alternatives and arrange an exchange or collection.
You can return unwanted goods in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please carefully re-package the products in the packaging materials used to deliver the products.
PAGAZZI Lighting (Web) Ltd will credit the price paid for the goods in full within 14 days of receipt of your return. You are liable for returns delivery charge for the return of items deemed to be unsuitable. We will deduct this charge from the amount refunded. This charge will be £5.95 (UK) or £16.95 (Europe) for lighting, furniture will be charged at the same rate as the delivery charge.
Items purchased from PAGAZZI online (www.pagazzi.com) may not be returned to our stores. This is to make sure we process your return as quickly as possible.
What happens if my goods arrive damaged or faulty?
In the event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is damaged or faulty on delivery, you can cancel your order at any time within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be made to the payment method used to order the goods once we recive the returned order at our warehouse.
Please check that you can fit the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. We cannot refund products that have been incorrectly fitted. We are not responsible for consequences of incorrectly fitted products. We recommend that you use only qualified and experienced electricians to install our products.
We may ask you to email a photograph of the damage and answer a few questions as part of our quality assurance checks. If appropriate, we will arrange collection of the damaged or faulty product. We can collect your products from your delivery address or another more convenient address. Please re-package the products in the packaging we used to send the products to you.
Upon inspection at our warehouse, we will process a refund, or send a replacement at our expense.
Our returns policy does not affect your legal and statutory consumer rights.
