• Q1:What is an Integrated LED light?

  An integrated LED is exactly what it sounds like: it is built into a fitting and its LED. Because integrated LEDs are built into the light fitting, you never have to worry about buying new light bulbs and replacing old ones. Our integrated LED fixtures come with a 3-year warranty.

• Q1: How long will my integrated LED fixture last?

  LED lights last a lot longer than traditional incandescent bulbs, but they do not last forever. Their average lifespan is of up to 15 years for a good quality LED light from a reputable company. However, this will depend on how often you use your fixture. • Q2: Is it very expensive to switch to LED lighting?

  Although we can’t deny that LED lights have a higher cost than traditional light fixtures, in the long term they do save money. The initial investment is quickly paid up through the lower running costs due to the lower energy consumption of these lights. • Q3: How to choose the best colour temperature to suit your needs?

  Use the Kelvin rating of your lighting to guide you! Start by looking at your ceiling lights and lamps, making sure the bulbs have the maximum light output that is comfortable and functional for that space. Bedroom and living room lighting shouldn’t be over 3000K (kelvins). On the other hand, the lighting used to illuminate working spaces, such as the kitchen and home office should be between 3000K to 4500K.

• Q5: How do I know how bright my light fixture will be?

  In LED lighting, lumens measure the brightness of a light. This is different from Watts, which measures the amount of energy in light. The term lumen means “light,” which makes sense when you understand what this measures. In other words, lumens measure the amount of light your LED light puts out.
