We are thrilled to offer our customers a new way to shop with us at Pagazzi! You can now call one of our showroom assistants over video and see our products live in-store and have all your questions answered there and then.
How does it work?
1. While browsing a product or category you will see the pop-up in the corner of your screen. Click the face icon and you will have 3 choices.
To speak to our staff on video select 'Start Live Video Call'
2. Please give the system a few moments to check your settings and connect you to an in-store expert
Don't worry! You can decide if you want your own camera on or off before it connects you!
3. Welcome to your chat options! You can select 'Video call with us' and this will connect you to the showroom
With this option, your camera and the store's camera are both on so the advisor will see you and your room - this helps us with the process
4. Alternatively, you can video call our store with your camera off in a one-way call. The store will still be able to hear you and you will be able to both see and hear the advisor

Q: Do I have to have my camera on?
A: No! For the camera shy please use the 'Voice Call with us option'. The store advisor will still be able to hear you and you will be able to both see and hear them as they walk you through our products.
Q: Will I be speaking with a real person?
A: Yes! You will be connected to one of our UK in-store staff who will walk you through our actual stores to look at or suggest products
Q: How long does it take?
A: A average call will take about 15 mins
Q: Does it cost anything for the service?
A: No! This is totally free with no commitment to purchase at the end of the call
Q: Do you take payment on the call?
A: No, for your security we will email you a link to your basket and you will be able to click the link and finish your purchase on our website or over a telephone call with our support team
