Free Next-Day Delivery for orders over £79*
Orders over £79 with lighting only are eligible for free next-day delivery in the mainland UK. However, exceptions apply depending on the postcode:
Standard Delivery
- Lighting & Bulbs: Lighting is free for orders over £79 where the basket is lighting only. If other non-lighting products are added the shipping cost will change accordingly. For orders under £79, there will be a £6.99 for next-day home delivery.
- Small Homeware Accessories: Most homeware is now free of charge for orders over £79. However, some home accessories are larger in size and a charge will apply. This charge will be calculated during checkout.
- Artwork and Mirrors: The delivery charge for these items varies between £19 and £39 and the charge is calculated during checkout depending on the size, weight, and how fragile the item is. These items might not be able to be shipped on a next-day delivery service.
- Furniture: To ensure safety during transit, orders placed for any medium or large furniture items are sent by specialized service which can take up to 10 working days. The Pagazzi customer services team will be in touch with you directly to arrange a suitable delivery time. A £39 delivery cost will apply at checkout for large furniture pieces.
Please, note that for all lighting deliveries with Saturday nominated day delivery, an extra charge of £11.99 will apply at checkout.
Non-Standard Two-Day Service Delivery Postcodes
We are currently unable to offer next-day delivery services in the following postcodes: AB31-35, AB41-54, G83, and PH15-18. The delivery charges are as applied to Standard Service Delivery.
All orders placed including one of the postcodes below as a delivery address will be subject to a £14.99 delivery charge and free for purchases over £149. All BT, AB36-39, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-29, PH30-41, PH49-50, All HS, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, TR21-25.
Non-Standard Channel Islands and UK Islands Service Delivery Postcodes
A flat shipping rate of £25 will be charged to all purchases with a delivery address with postcodes including GY, IM, JE, PO3-PO41.
Non-Standard Northern Ireland Service Delivery Postcodes
A flat shipping rate of £22 will be charged to all purchases with a delivery address with a delivery address including postcode BT. We are currently unable to ship large furniture to this area.
Please note that the dispatch of orders placed in the run-up to, and over, a Bank Holiday weekend may be slightly delayed but will be shipped as soon as possible to reduce inconvenience. For information on specific Bank Holiday weekend delivery dates, please email [email protected].

Returning Unsuitable Products
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods by submitting the online returns form below. We can then suggest suitable alternatives and arrange an exchange or issue a returns label for you to send the item back to us.
You can return unwanted goods in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please carefully re-package the products in the packaging materials used to deliver the products.
PAGAZZI Lighting (Web) Ltd will credit the price paid for the goods in full within 14 days of receipt of your return. You are liable for returns delivery charge for the return of items deemed to be unsuitable. We will deduct this charge from the amount refunded. This charge will be £5.95 for lighting, furniture will be charged at the same rate as the delivery charge.
Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is damaged or faulty on delivery, you can cancel your order at any time within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be made to the payment method used to order the goods once we receive the returned order at our warehouse.
All electrical items have a 1-year warranty or a 3-year warranty period for integrated LED products. Items can be returned for testing, repair or replacement.
Please check that you can fit the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. We cannot refund products that have been incorrectly fitted. We are not responsible for the consequences of incorrectly fitted products. We recommend using only qualified and experienced electricians to install our products.
We may ask you to email a photograph of the damage and answer a few questions as part of our quality assurance checks. If appropriate, we will arrange collection of the damaged or faulty product. We can collect your products from your delivery address or another more convenient address. Please re-package the products in the packaging we used to send the products to you.
Upon inspection at our warehouse, we will process a refund, or send a replacement at our expense.
Our returns policy does not affect your legal and statutory consumer rights.
We will issue you with a pre-paid returns label allowing you to drop the return off at one of the local DPD drop-off points at your own convenience. You can find your nearest drop-off point here.
