Our Delivery Services
We ship most lighting and homeware purchases via DPD next-day delivery for orders placed before 3 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
All DPD deliveries now require a PIN code in order to be delivered. The PIN is sent directly from DPD to your email and via SMS to your phone, the driver will request this PIN before releasing your parcel.
We work with multiple couriers to ship our products, each courier is selected depending on the size of your order and location. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday and all orders placed during those days will be shipped for next-day delivery, when applicable. Orders placed over the weekend and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day, during peak times this isn’t guaranteed.
Standard Delivery
- Lighting & Bulbs: Lighting is free for orders over £79 where the basket is lighting only. If other non-lighting products are added the shipping cost will change accordingly. For orders under £79, there will be a £6.99 for next-day home delivery.
- Small Homeware Accessories: Most homeware is now free of charge for orders over £79. However, some home accessories are larger in size and a £6.99 charge will apply. This charge will be calculated during checkout.
- Artwork and Mirrors: The delivery charge for these items varies between £6.99 and £39, the charge is calculated during checkout depending on the size, weight, and how fragile the item is.
- Furniture: Orders placed for any medium or large furniture items are sent by specialized service which can take up to 10 working days. Our customer services team will be in touch with you directly to arrange a suitable delivery time. A £39 delivery cost will apply for large furniture pieces.
- Please, note that for all lighting deliveries with Saturday nominated day delivery, an extra charge of £11.99 will apply at checkout.
Non-Standard Two-Day Service Delivery Postcodes
We are currently unable to offer next-day delivery services in the following postcodes: AB31-35, AB41-54, G83, and PH15-18. The delivery charges are as applied to Standard Service Delivery.
All orders placed including one of the postcodes below as a delivery address will be subject to a £14.99 delivery charge and free for purchases over £149. AB36-39, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-29, PH30-41, PH49-50, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, TR21-25.
Non-Standard Channel Islands and UK/Scottish Islands Service Delivery Postcodes
A flat shipping rate of £25 will be charged to all purchases with a delivery address with postcodes including GY, HS, KW15-17, IM, JE, PO30-PO41
