Please note that the dispatch of orders placed in the run-up to, and over, a Bank Holiday weekend may be slightly delayed but will be shipped as soon as possible to reduce inconvenience.  For information on specific Bank Holiday weekend delivery dates, please email [email protected]

Furniture: To ensure safety during transit, orders placed for any medium or large furniture items are sent by specialised service which can take up to 10 working days. The pagazzi customer services team will be in touch with you directly to arrange a suitable delivery time.

*UK Mainland: Delivery of orders over £69 is free to addresses classed as UK mainland, excluding the Highlands. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3 pm for next day delivery. During particularly busy times we cannot always guarantee this. 
DPD are currently unable to offer a next day delivery service to the following postcode areas - AB31-35, AB41-54, G83, PH15-18. Orders placed for delivery to these postcodes will be sent on a Two-Day service.


**Northern Ireland and Highlands: Delivery of orders over £100 is free to the following postcodes on a two working day service. (Orders under £100 are subject to a £9.99 charge.)

Overseas: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands: Delivery will be made using the DPD Classic (2 days) service. At present we don't ship to other countries and all of our products are designed and tested to be used with UK electrical supplies and plugs where appropriate.

How long will your refund take?  

A typical refund will take between 7 and 14 days.  This includes you returning your goods, us processing the return and your refund arriving back into your bank account. 

 A returns delivery charge will be deducted for items that are unsuitable:

  • £5.99 (UK) or £16.99 (Europe) for lighting.
  • Furniture, Art + Mirrors will be charged at the same rate as the delivery charge.

Returns Information

Returning unsuitable products?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We can then suggest suitable alternatives and arrange an exchange or issue a returns label for you to send the item back to us. 

You can return unwanted goods in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please carefully re-package the products in the packaging materials used to deliver them.  Please ensure all components are included.  With this in mind, open your delivery with care.  Please don’t reseal boxes with brown packing tape or write on the packaging.  If the returned packaging is excessively damaged we will reserve the right to deduct up to 30% from your refund to cover handling costs. 

PAGAZZI Lighting (Web) Ltd will credit the price paid for the goods in full within 14 days of receipt of your return. You are liable for returns delivery charge for the return of items deemed to be unsuitable. We will deduct this charge from the amount refunded. This charge will be £5.99 (UK) or £16.99 (Europe) for lighting, furniture, art + mirrors will be charged at the same rate as the delivery charge.

What happens if my goods arrive damaged or faulty?

In the event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.  If your order is damaged or faulty on delivery, you can cancel your order at any time within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be made to the payment method used to order the goods once we receive the returned order at our warehouse.

All electrical items have a 1-year warranty (integrated LED, 3 years). Items can be returned for testing, repair or replacement. 

Please check that you can fit the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. We cannot refund products that have been incorrectly fitted or altered. We are not responsible for the consequences of incorrectly fitted products. We recommend that you use only qualified and experienced electricians to install our products.

We may ask you to email a photograph of the damage and answer a few questions as part of our quality assurance checks. If appropriate, we will arrange collection of the damaged or faulty product.  We can collect your products from your delivery address or another more convenient address. Please re-package the products in the packaging we used to send the products to you.  Upon inspection at our warehouse, we will process a refund, or send a replacement at our expense. 

Our returns policy does not affect your legal and statutory consumer rights.

We will issue you with a pre-paid returns label allowing you to drop the return off at one of the local DPD drop off points at your own convenience. You can find your nearest drop-off point here.

Return to Store – now available in selected locations

You can now return the goods purchased online to one of our selected stores. All you must do is to take the items you wish to return and your order confirmation to one of the following stores:

Please note that you may be liable for returns delivery charge for the return of items deemed to be unsuitable. This charge will be deducted from the amount credited back to you. This charge is £5.95 (UK) or £16.95 (Europe) for lighting, art and mirrors and will be charged at the same rate as the delivery charge for furniture.
